João Neves

Born in Alcobaça, he left to study Journalism at the University of Coimbra and returned to his hometown to work at the Região de Cister newspapper, where he had the opportunity to tell the stories of the people and events that matter to his community. João has lost count of the number of texts he has written for many different media, but his participation in the making of the book "Bons Sons x10 - Uma Aldeia em Manifesto" is a milestone in his career.

In recent years he disconnected from the world of journalism and media to embrace other challenges in the area of the economy of impact, having training in social entrepreneurship and contributed to several community projects. He is the author of the podcast "O Ar é de Todos".
